Acceptable Use & Content Policy

1. Prohibited content

• Sexual content, nudity or sexually suggestive material of any kind, including AI-generated content.
• Any content that sexualises, endangers or exploits minors. We report such content to the relevant authorities.
• Content that promotes hate, harassment, discrimination or violence against people or groups.
• Graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or content promoting terrorism or extremism.
• Images of real, identifiable people without their consent, and deceptive "deepfake" content intended to mislead.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, including copyrighted characters, brand logos and other artists' work you do not have permission to use.
• Content that promotes illegal activities, drugs, weapons or regulated goods.
• Personal data of others, such as ID documents, addresses or private information.

2. Prohibited behaviour

• Attempting to bypass content filters, rate limits or credit accounting.
• Scraping, reverse engineering or reselling access to the service.
• Using automated means to create accounts or generate content, except via features we provide.
• Sharing accounts, or buying and selling credits.
• Using Selino for fraud, spam or any unlawful purpose.

3. Uploading photos

Only upload photos you took yourself or have permission to use. If a photo shows an identifiable person, you must have their consent (or a parent's or guardian's consent for a minor). Family photos and pets are welcome.

4. How we enforce this policy

• Prompts and images are checked by automated filters before and after generation. Requests that break this policy are blocked and no credit is charged.
• We may review flagged content, remove content and warn, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
• Serious violations may result in immediate termination without refund and, where required, reports to law enforcement.
• If you believe your content was blocked by mistake, contact us and a person will review it.

5. AI-generated content

All artwork on Selino is created with the help of artificial intelligence. Output may be imperfect or similar to other users' output. Please do not present AI output as a photograph of a real event.

6. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

If you believe content on Selino infringes your copyright, send a notice to support@selino.shop with the subject "Copyright notice", including:

1. your name and contact details;
2. a description of the copyrighted work;
3. the location of the infringing material on Selino;
4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised;
5. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
6. your physical or electronic signature.

We respond promptly, remove infringing material where appropriate and terminate repeat infringers.
