Digital Delivery Policy

1. What you receive

• Subscriptions: access to paid features and a monthly allocation of credits in your Selino account.
• Credit packs: a one-time addition of credits to your account balance.
• Generated files: patchwork artwork images (PNG/JPG) and, where included in your plan, pattern packs as PDF files with piece templates and a fabric swatch list.

2. When it is delivered

• Credits and plan features are applied to your account immediately after your payment is confirmed, usually within seconds.
• Artworks are usually generated in under a minute and appear in your gallery, ready to download.
• Pattern packs are generated on request and are available to download straight away.
• You also receive an email receipt confirming what you purchased.

3. Access to your files

Your generated files remain available in your gallery while your account is active. We recommend downloading files you want to keep. Downloads do not use extra credits.

4. If something does not arrive

If credits do not appear within 15 minutes of payment, or a file will not download, email support@selino.shop with your receipt number. We will fix the issue or refund you under our Refund Policy.

5. Physical products

Selino does not print, sew or ship physical items. If you order prints or fabric from a third party using your Selino files, that purchase is between you and that seller.
